1. Service and eligibility
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account details.
AI Video provides tools for planning, generating, editing, storing, and publishing video, image, audio, and related project material. AI-generated results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable and require your review.
2. Your content and responsibilities
You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant AI Video the limited permission needed to process, store, and transmit it to operate the service.
You must have all necessary rights and permissions for uploaded media, likenesses, voices, music, trademarks, and personal data. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and complying with applicable laws and platform rules before publication.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or harmful activity; to impersonate people without authorization; to bypass safeguards; or to interfere with the service or another user's data.
4. Plans, credits, and billing
Current proposed prices and credit allowances are listed on the Pricing page. Paid Live checkout is not active until explicitly made available. When activated, Paddle may act as merchant of record and process payment, taxes, receipts, refunds, and billing data.
Credits are service units, not currency, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. Subscription credits are planned to expire after 90 days without rollover. Provider availability and generation costs may change; the service will show applicable controls before a paid generation request.
5. Cancellation, suspension, and termination
Subscription cancellation is planned to take effect at the end of the paid billing period. We may restrict or suspend access to protect users, investigate abuse or payment disputes, comply with law, or preserve service security.
6. Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular AI output, platform acceptance, revenue, audience performance, or that generated material is free from third-party claims.
7. Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, AI Video is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, subject to any mandatory rights and forums that apply to you.
8. YouTube
AI Video uses YouTube API Services to publish to YouTube channels you connect. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. How we handle YouTube data is described in our Privacy Policy and in the Google Privacy Policy.
9. TikTok
The Recap Studio desktop companion can publish to a TikTok account you connect. You choose the video, caption and privacy setting, and you are responsible for following TikTok's rules for that content. By connecting TikTok you agree to be bound by the TikTok Terms of Service. How we handle TikTok data is described in our Privacy Policy.
